Art teacher, Liz Ndoye, will make October our “Return to Our Basics” month. Our theme will be to refresh ourselves. Ndoye wants to re-introduce life drawing. She believes that this will re-inspire our artistic enthusiasm and energy, and continue to build on our growing and improving observational and drawing skills.
During our 4th session, we will look at the fabulous drawings of Alice Neel. Her drawings, which are so lively and colorful, will help us in this weeks project to create figures in color. Students will explore the use of color in making the figure look more three dimensional and realistic.
This program will be held both in person and live on Zoom and YouTube.
Registration is required whether you are attending in person or online. Registration closes 15 minutes before each class. You will receive the Zoom link and password 15 minutes before the class begins.
