Kripalu yoga teacher Jane Porges leads breath-based yoga classes, covering all of the basics including mindful movement, breath practices, alignment, balance, yoga postures and relaxation.
All levels are welcome, including those who have not practiced yoga before.
Dress comfortably. Bring a mat or towel, a yoga tie or an extra sock. Yoga mats are also provided by the library.
