This series runs from February 19 to May 14. (no class on April 2.)

Each week we will explore a new subject as we deepen awareness and capacity for a steadfast presence during all of life's unfolding. 

About your facilitator
Evelyn’s work is informed by more than 20 years of study and application of Yoga, Meditation, Contemplative Practices and Ayurveda - including a 3-1/2 year work-study program in ashrams in India and the Catskill Mountains of New York. She has participated in numerous week long meditation retreats and is a graduate (2023) of the University of California, Berkley, Greater Good Science Center’s two year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program.
