Kripalu yoga teacher Jane Porges leads mindful yoga classes. All levels are welcome! These 90-minute long classes will cover the basics including breath, alignment, balance and yoga postures.
Kripalu-certified yoga teacher Jane Porges leads mindful yoga classes designed to support both physical movement and mental well-being. These classes are open to all levels, including beginners and those who have never practiced yoga before.
Each 90-minute session focuses on building a strong foundation through breath awareness, proper alignment, balance, and a variety of yoga postures. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or towel, as well as a yoga tie or an extra sock if needed. A limited number of yoga mats will be available for use, courtesy of the library.
Registration is required for each individual class, and participants must sign up weekly to attend.
