Join Art with Liz every week at the Library to learn about classic and contemporary artists, followed by a free art workshop. In-person and live on Zoom & YouTube!
For this class the artist of focus will be Dingda McCannon.
Dindga McCannon is an African-American artist born and raised in New York city. She has had a multifaceted career, as she is a fiber
artist, muralist, teacher, author, and illustrator. Her work is wonderfully colorful and vibrant. Participants in this class will work with fabric,
stitchery, and/or fabric collage to make their own mini story quilts.
All are welcome!
This program will be held both in person and live on Zoom and YouTube.
Registration is required whether you are attending in person or online. Registration closes 15 minutes before each class. You will receive the Zoom link and password 15 minutes before the class begins.
