Learn how to safely support your community in this Bystander Workshop. Participants will gain practical tools for observing, documenting, and responding responsibly.
Following our Know Your Rights workshop, join us for a community-centered Bystander Workshop focused on caring for and supporting our neighbors during immigration enforcement activity.
This session will offer practical guidance on how to show up safely and responsibly, including how to observe situations, document when appropriate, provide support to impacted individuals, and prioritize personal and community safety. Participants will also learn about de-escalation techniques, legal considerations, and ways to offer meaningful assistance without placing themselves or others at risk.
This workshop is designed to strengthen community awareness and solidarity by providing tools that empower individuals to act thoughtfully and compassionately. Open to all adults, the session creates space for learning, reflection, and collective care as we work together to support one another during challenging moments.
