Resume Writing Workshop

Build a stronger resume with confidence. This interactive workshop will guide participants through creating or updating a professional resume that highlights skills, experience, and accomplishments.

Whether you are entering the workforce, changing careers, or re-entering after a break, a polished resume is essential. This hands-on workshop will walk participants through the key elements of an effective resume, including formatting, writing impactful bullet points, highlighting transferable skills, and tailoring resumes to specific job descriptions.

We will discuss common mistakes, how to address employment gaps, and strategies for making your resume stand out to employers and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive practical guidance to leave with a clearer understanding of how to present their experience professionally.

Participants are encouraged to bring a current resume (if available) and a sample job posting of interest.
