Join us for a free community health outreach event hosted by representatives from Jersey City Medical Center’s Community Health Outreach Program. The team will be available on the second floor from 3:00–5:00 PM to provide blood pressure screenings, blood sugar checks, and a variety of health-related resources and information.

This is a great opportunity to connect with healthcare professionals, learn more about your health, and access helpful community resources in a welcoming and informal setting. No registration is required. Walk-ins are welcome and encouraged.
