Grab a bite and join the conversation! In honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), let's bring our community together to talk openly about sexual violence, support, and resources.
Join us for a meaningful Brunch & Learn in recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month this April. This community-centered event provides a welcoming space to share a meal, learn important information, and engage in thoughtful conversation about support, advocacy, and prevention.
Representatives from Hudson SPEAKS will lead an informative discussion about the services they provide to survivors of sexual violence and their ongoing advocacy efforts within our communities. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how local organizations support survivors through crisis response, counseling resources, prevention education, and community outreach initiatives.
This program aims to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and empower community members with knowledge about available resources and ways to support survivors compassionately and responsibly. Whether you are looking to learn more, support someone you care about, or simply become a more informed community member, this event offers a safe and respectful environment for learning and dialogue.
Participants will enjoy a light brunch while engaging in conversation and learning practical ways individuals and communities can contribute to creating safer, more supportive spaces for everyone.
This event is open to adults and community members interested in education, awareness, and meaningful engagement during Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
