Large Program RoomAct Now Foundation - Educational Seminar
Join us for an informative educational session on memory, aging, and brain health featuring Cary Lopez, Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Act Now Foundation.
During this engaging presentation, participants will learn how to distinguish between normal age-related forgetfulness and more serious memory problems that may require medical attention. Cary Lopez will discuss the various causes of memory changes, explore available treatment and management options, and share practical strategies for coping with serious memory concerns. Whether you're experiencing memory issues yourself, caring for a loved one, or simply interested in maintaining optimal brain health as you age, this session offers valuable insights for everyone.
The program is made possible through the generous support of Community Development Block Grants of Hoboken, the Hudson County Office on Aging, the Office of Inclusion and Accessibility, and The Older Americans Act.
To register for this free event, please contact Bianca at 201-420-2000 extension 1314.
We look forward to seeing you there for this important conversation about memory health and aging well in our community.
