Continue the conversation during Part 2 of our Mental Health Awareness Month seminar series, held on Monday, May 18th from 5:30–7:00 PM. This session will focus on recognizing the signs of a mental health crisis and learning appropriate ways to respond with care, confidence, and compassion.
Participants will gain practical strategies for identifying warning signs, supporting someone in distress, understanding available resources, and responding in ways that promote safety and connection. This informative and supportive session is open to community members interested in strengthening mental health awareness and learning how to better support themselves, loved ones, and their community.
Please note that sensitive topics related to mental health will be discussed. Attendees are encouraged to participate at their own comfort level, and sharing personal experiences is always optional.
