Free Vision Screenings at the Library!

Free vision screenings for ages 3+ in partnership with the Department of Human Services Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Referrals and low-cost eyewear options available.

The Library is partnering with the New Jersey Department of Human Services Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired to offer free vision screenings for community members ages 3 and older.

Trained professionals will conduct screenings to help identify potential vision concerns. Based on screening results, participants may receive referrals to affordable optometrists and information about obtaining low-cost eyeglasses or lenses when needed.

This program supports early detection, access to care, and vision health for individuals and families in our community. Registration is required.
