Featured Artist, Jean Michel Basquiat

Join Art with Liz every week at the Library to learn about classic and contemporary artists, followed by a free art workshop. In-person and live on Zoom & YouTube!

This class will feature the artist Jean Michel Basquiat, one of the most gifted artists of the 20th
Century. Tragically dead at a very young age - Basquiat left behind an extraordinary body of
work that many admire and wish to own today. Basquiat had the kind of talent that a comes
along rarely in the history of the world and we will spend time discussing his genius before
creating our own art inspired by his strong control over line, shape , and color!

This program will be held both in person and live on Zoom and YouTube.

Registration is required whether you are attending in person or online. Registration closes 15 minutes before each class. You will receive the Zoom link and password 15 minutes before the class begins.
