with the Very Busy Spider

Meet in the story time room for a story and literacy activity!

We will be reading the Very Busy Spider by Eric Carle, a popular story that uses repeating sounds and words, helping kids learn language and predict what happens next. Following the story we will complete our Caught in a Web activity which focuses on high frequency words found in the book. Participants will have the opportunity to step into the spotlight, enhancing their reading and public speaking skills by sharing their work with the group. This program is perfect for fostering a supportive and playful learning environment where children can build confidence.

This activity is geared for school aged kids, ages 4 and up.
