Get screened to see if you are eligible for a low-cost cell phone with talk, data and text.

Please bring a government-issued Photo ID card and (1) of the following:

SNAP/MEDICAID CARD

W2 FROM EMPLOYER

SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME VERIFICATION LETTER

No appointment necessary. Cash or credit card accepted for one-time $5 copay. An additional convenience fee will be applied with a credit card. Eligibility is based on an in-person screening.
